There are shorts under skirt and have pockets at sides. Brynlee is modeling the 5/6, she is a normal 4/5 but closer to the 5T side. It is a smidge big on her-so these are very true to size for kiddos. I am wearing the 2XL and I’m a 14 and it fit great, they’re very stretchy. A size 10 could do a medium. Size 12/14 could do the 2XL with no problem.
